How we determine coverage

Each segment is checked on its own: operator, route section, direction, date, class, your age and residence where it matters, and every ticket or pass you hold. Transport, seat reservations and supplements are separate questions.

Every rule cites an official source (operator or tariff page) with the exact passage, retrieval date and review date. Sources expire and are rechecked; when evidence is stale or conflicting, the affected answers become “Can’t verify”.

Prices are estimates from official fare systems when available. An unknown price is never shown as CHF 0.
