How ticket verification works

We read the ticket or pass you enter, and compare it with the exact connection you choose. Uploaded files are processed once and not stored. Extraction can be wrong, so you always confirm the details before we use them. We never check a barcode or signature and cannot tell whether a ticket is genuine.

Results come from reviewed, published rules. If a segment uses a rule we have not reviewed, the answer is “Can’t verify” — never “covered”.
