Good to know

How long is it valid?: For the trip you choose: up to 30 consecutive calendar days (Swiss time), starting on your trip’s first day.
Does it renew?: No. It is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, in full until your trip starts, and afterwards if Railza Trip did not work as described. See the refund policy.
Does Railza sell train tickets?: No. Railza Trip is a guidance service. You buy transport tickets, passes and reservations from the official operators, at their prices.
What if a route isn’t supported yet?: Railza says so instead of guessing. The coverage status page shows exactly which journeys and passes are verified.
