How it works

One journey. Every requirement.

01

Tell us what you already have

Add your pass, travel dates and any tickets or reservations you have already bought.

02

Choose the connection you will take

Coverage can change with the route, operator, train and season. Exact stops matter.

03

See the next step for every leg

Transport, reservations and supplements are checked separately. Uncertainty stays visible.

How Railza verifies coverage

  1. Sources: only official pages of the transport operator or pass issuer (for example SBB, Jungfrau Railways or Gornergrat Bahn). Blogs, resellers and forums are never evidence.
  2. Explicit or derived: a rule is explicit when the operator states it for that pass and route. Rules Railza infers from broader text are marked as derived and are never shown as verified.
  3. Word-for-word checks: every quoted excerpt is re-checked against the live official page. When the page changes, the affected answers go back to “under review” until a person checks them again.
  4. Freshness: prices and offers are re-checked at least every 30 days, network rules every 90 days, seasonal rules before their season ends and temporary notices within 7 days.
  5. Human sign-off: researched rules go live only after a person at Railza reviews the evidence. Every change is versioned and can be rolled back.
  6. Conflicts: when official sources disagree, Railza says so instead of picking one.
  7. Dates: every rule carries the dates it applies to. Railza never applies a rule outside its official validity period.
