Railza Trip wird bis zum Reisebeginn vollständig erstattet, danach, wenn es nicht wie beschrieben funktioniert hat. Billett-Erstattungen bearbeitet das Unternehmen, das sie verkauft hat. Massgebend ist die englische Fassung unten.
Railza Trip
You can ask for a full refund of Railza Trip until the first day of the trip it was bought for. After the trip has started, Railza refunds the purchase if the service did not work as described (for example if the trip features were unavailable). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
How to ask
Use “Request refund” in your order history, or contact support with your order reference. Refund requests are answered within 5 business days.
Transport tickets
Railza does not sell transport tickets, passes or reservations. Refunds and exchanges for those are handled by the company that sold them, under its conditions.
No subscription
Railza Trip is a single payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
