Railza Trip est intégralement remboursable jusqu’au début du voyage, puis s’il n’a pas fonctionné comme décrit. Les remboursements de billets de transport sont traités par l’entreprise qui les a vendus. Le texte de référence est la version anglaise ci-dessous.
Railza Trip
You can ask for a full refund of Railza Trip until the first day of the trip it was bought for. After the trip has started, Railza refunds the purchase if the service did not work as described (for example if the trip features were unavailable). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
How to ask
Use “Request refund” in your order history, or contact support with your order reference. Refund requests are answered within 5 business days.
Transport tickets
Railza does not sell transport tickets, passes or reservations. Refunds and exchanges for those are handled by the company that sold them, under its conditions.
No subscription
Railza Trip is a single payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Prestataire
Le nom et l’adresse enregistrés du prestataire seront publiés ici avant la mise en vente de Railza Trip. Les vérifications de trajets sont gratuites et sans compte.
